Tuscany is a retired Arabian who spent her early years as a show horse and later years as a therapy horse. This sassy mare has been a fun addition to the sanctuary.

Lanny "Larry"
Lanny is a 25 year-old thoroughbred who comes to us after a long life on a single local farm. Facing health issues, his owners reached out to us for help and we are happy to have him join our large horses for retirement in his forever home.
Sheep
Michael "Lamborghini"
This little guy joins us from a local sheep farm. After his birth on on May 3, 2025, his mom was unable to feed him so he was brought to us for bottle feeding. He's doing great and we hope to integrate him with the goats soon.
Birds
Washington, Mozart, Douglass, and Maple
These 4 crested ducks bring a lot of laughs to the sanctuary. With their silly "hair-dos," they bring lots of fun to the party.

Abigail
Abigail comes to us from Sumter, SC. She is a 4 year old adorable little piggy with lots of personality and spunk! Hopefully she and Boris will learn to love each other and be best friends.
Birds
The Chickens!
Our chicken coop currently houses 8 chickens (6 hens, and 2 roosters). These ladies and gentlemen love to free range when it is safe to do so, and reliably provide our officers with eggs. The call of the roosters is the perfect addition to the ambience at the sanctuary.

"Doc"tor Emmett Brown
Doc was the first animal brought to Moo Moo Meadows after we became official. He came to us from Always Room for One More Animal Rescue. We are happy to have him so Ruth has room to rescue more!

Luna
Pebbles was found wandering the streets of Greenville. She took up residence at a local business, and due to an allergy and no room at the humane society, was brought to us. She's shy but seems happy on the farm.

Sylvester
Sylvester only has three legs. He came to us just after having his front left leg amputated due to a GSW. He is a super affectionate kitty, and rules the kitty world here.

Boris
Boris was picked up by animal control in Anderson and brought to the local shelter intended for dogs and cats. After a couple of weeks living in a cement dog kennel, Boris was super excited to come to the farm and roll around in the earth!

Yoda
Yoda is not as affectionate as his goat peers. However, he is always willing to give a quick smooch. He's a sweet guy who likes to do his own thing.

Moby
Moby is a mini-horse who came to us from Hasty's Haven. He is about 20 years old and a little feisty. He like to let the others know he is head mini on this farm.

Bella
Bella is a mini-mule who came to us from Hasty's Haven. She is slow to warm up, but she is a sweet girl in her early 20s. She is bonded with Moby.

Captain "Jack" Sparrow
Jack is a retired lesson horse. A 30 year-old red-roan quarter horse, Jack was in an accident years ago and is missing an eye and only has a few teeth. He requires a diet of mush, and loves to be cuddled.

Loretta
Loretta is our only female goat. Being infertile, she was of no use to the dairy farm she comes from. She is also our smallest, and loudest goat. If you call to her, she is sure to call back.

Happy
As his name implies, Happy is happy. He loves attention and will always let you know he is around if you are petting another animal. He loves to lay in the field with people. He'll even lay his head in your lap!

Dobby is a goofy guy. His extra long ears flip and flop as he moves around, and he's always excited to see people.
